About the Team
Located in our Headquarters in Mâcon, France (45 min north from Lyon / TGV station 5 min from the office), reporting to the CEO, we are a multicultural team. The Brand Marketing Manager is accountable for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the IXON global brand with the main aim to enhance the digital experience of our customers locally and reinforce our image and expertise in B2B and B2C. As a member of the Management team, the Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing our Brand roadmap, with a focus on Brand and Products, to become the leading specialist in each segment of motorcycling equipment. Partnering with high level of skills and expertise, the Brand Marketing Manager connects with passionate teams in the only Group in this activity segment to have its own integrated manufacturing unit.What does this mean in real life? Our Brand Marketing Manager takes over each day as a new challenge, in a stimulating and dynamic atmosphere, and in a working environment that exudes of course a passion for motorbikes and racing! Our new team member will lead our Brand development thanks to our Marketing evolution starting from the Ixon key successes and foundations for: Operational Marketing :
- B2B - our in-store presence with innovative supports is a top priority to make the difference
- B2C - our offer visibility (brand, products, new design, new technology...) is essential to create value to our customers worldwide
- Products – our collection’s launch is the forefront in highlighting products features with targeted messages on creative contents
- Projects Management – our continuous improvements are ongoing thanks to strong empowered teamwork who convert ideas in reality
- Customers care – our ability to connect and deliver dedicated attention to our customers create close and lasting relationships
- After-Sales services – our extended know-how to rework and repair all brands of products fosters collaboration and access to new customers
- Service Support – our in-house infographic and design expertise is our pride on the Brand impact to customers
Digital Marketing :
- Customers – our in-house developed B2B and CRM database enable to increase understanding of our customers behaviors and adapt our offer locally
- Digital experience – our digitalization journey is ready to win from new models and supports to gain visibility on the defined target and win market share
- Corporate design – our Ixon logo, tradeshows participation, catalogues and social medias are opportunities to inspire and consolidate our brand
