Our Content Specialist / Manager (Junior) takes over each day as a new challenge, in a stimulating and dynamic atmosphere, and in a working environment that exudes of course a passion for motorbikes and racing!
Our new team member will ensure the quality, relevance and consistency of IXON’s contents across all channels - with a strong focus on social media and digital ecosystems - while translating the brand’s DNA of performance, protection and French know-how into tangible and inspiring stories starting from the Ixon key successes and foundations for :
Product Communication
- Translate product features and innovations into clear, engaging and aspirational content.
- Support product launches with structured storytelling and creative assets.
- Coordinate product-related shootings (briefs, follow-up, selection, post-production).
- Write or supervise product-related materials (web descriptions, press releases, catalog texts, campaign assets).
- Ensure message accuracy and alignment with the brand tone and visual identity
Content Production & Coordination
- Plan, brief and oversee content creation (photo, video, copy, social formats).
- Manage priorities and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and creative partners.
- Guarantee quality, consistency, and on-time delivery for all content.
- Coordinate cross-channel storytelling (website, social media, newsletters, video platforms).
Social Media & Digital Activation
- Develop IXON’s social media presence through content that highlights products, riders and brand culture.
- Identify the most effective formats per platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with the Digital Manager to align on publication strategy and community engagement.
- Monitor performance (reach, engagement, shares, interactions) and propose creative improvements.
- Stay ahead of trends, formats and best practices in the moto / sport / lifestyle segments.
Racing & Event Integration
- Connect IXON’s Racing DNA to digital storytelling and product communication.
- Identify opportunities to showcase riders, technology and emotions through content.
- Coordinate on-site content capture during race weekends or events (shootings, interviews, behind-the-scenes).
- Feed brand campaigns with authentic visuals and real racing narratives.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate content performance and recommend optimizations.
- Ensure that every piece of content serves a clear purpose — awareness, engagement, or conversion.
- Contribute to building a culture of content excellence within the marketing team.

Your experience in B2B and B2C marketing, your curiosity and creativity to produce tailored messages and multi-channel digital medias will enable the brand to become the reference for international consumers.

Motorcycling or outdoor activities are your passion. Ideally comfortable on-site during races, shootings or events, you are experienced from an outdoor clothing global brand. Fluent in French & English, you are eager to work in an ethical and compliant environment.
