Our Digital Project Manager bridges the gap between marketing creativity and digital performance every day in a stimulating and dynamic atmosphere, and in a work environment that naturally exudes a passion for motorcycles and racing!
Our new colleague will be responsible for setting up IXON's new global website and ensuring its continuous improvement (UX, SEO) with the aim of strengthening the brand's online visibility and conversion performance through search engine optimization, customer relationship management (CRM), and business partners.
The implementation and structuring of CRM tools will improve customer relations and help provide clear analysis and recommendations on digital campaigns and performance trends.
This new position will turn data and technology into visibility and conversion.
Digital Ecosystem & Website
- Lead the redesign and daily management of the global website, ensuring technical quality, GEO & SEO compliance and strong product presentation.
- Coordinate agencies and technical partners (UX, dev, SEO, analytics).
- Ensure smooth integration of content from internal platforms (PIM, Bynder).
- Guarantee consistency between brand, product and digital experience
SEO, SEA & Data Performance
- Build and implement IXON’s SEO strategy, in coordination with the Content Specialist.
- Initiate SEA campaigns (search, display, retargeting) and track ROI.
- Analyze campaign and website performance (traffic, conversion, engagement) and identify optimization levers.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Brand & Marketing team.
- Monitor IXON’s presence across key online retail partners (Motoblouz, Motocard, FC-Moto, etc.) and suggest improvements to visibility and conversion.
- Create simple, effective reporting tools that guide decision-making and measure progress over time.
CRM & Customer Journey
- Contribute to the setup and evolution of IXON’s CRM systems (B2C & B2B).
- Support customer journey mapping, data collection and campaign automation.
- Help design simple, effective flows (welcome, retention, service follow-ups).
- Ensure data quality, segmentation logic and GDPR compliance.
- Analyze audiences and customer engagement metrics.
Leadership & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to align digital actions with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with the Content Specialist to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and performance-driven.
- Share best practices and educate the team on digital insights and efficiency mindset.
- Stay curious and informed on new technologies and digital innovations relevant to IXON’s ecosystem.

Your proven expertise in digital marketing, web management, or digital project coordination will be essential in helping the marketing team build a cohesive, data-driven, future-ready digital ecosystem centered around seasonal initiatives to align our brand, product lines, company values, and teamwork to take the customer experience to the next level.
Your experience in B2B and B2C marketing and your curiosity on data and new technologies, together with a strong understanding of SEO/SEA, analytics, CRM and e-commerce ecosystems will enable the brand to become the reference for international consumers.
Your entrepreneurial spirit, your ability to navigate in a very dynamic environment and your excellent organizational skills will contribute positively to our team environment with efficient priority management.

Motorcycling or outdoor activities are your passion. Ideally comfortable leading projects end-to-end, while aligning with brand and creative leadership, you are experienced from an outdoor clothing global brand. Fluent in French & English, you are eager to work in an ethical and compliant environment.
